I would recommend it to teachers teaching pedagogy classes and those that have student teachers. I can envision it would help me to write teaching reflections or teaching philosophy statements. I do think that it could be a time saver for admin if they had teachers do this as opposed to other forms of evaluation for teachers.

I can see the potential this app could have. At this point, I completed the two surveys (Empowering Educators: Insights to Enhance Self Evaluation) and was given information about the types of teaching traits I have. I was very impressed with the feedback I did receive on my personality traits. I feel like it is an accurate representation of who I am in my classroom and some of the things I do.
